Vietnam or not Vietnam??
Nha Trang est comme beaucoup de grosses villes au Vietnam: pas très intéressante et plutôt moche... On y a fait un arrêt d'une nuit afin de profiter d'un arrêt intermédiaire avant de rejoindre Ho Chi Minh, et on a surtout été attirée par une super promo dans le dortoir d'un grand hotel, Hanoi Golden 2 Hotel, avec petit déjeuner buffet à volonté compris dans le prix. On avait besoin de se faire un déjeuner gargantuesque!
Du reste, Nha Trang est une grosse ville, remplie de gros building, avec une immense influence russe (les boutiques et restaurants sont traduit en russe, le personnel parle mieux russe qu'anglais,...) et la plage... et bien on avait bien plus l'impression d'être en Floride qu'au Vietnam. Rien de véritablement dépaysant, malheureusement! On ne s'y éternise pas, les hommes vont bientôt arriver à Ho Chi Minh!

On reprend un nouveau bus de nuit, un de ces inévitable bus frigo avec couchette et wifi. La grand classe! Impossible de passer à coté, et tellement peu cher!
On arrive à Ho Chi Minh de grand matin mais on ne s'éternise pas! On a la chance d'avoir trouvé une cheap Guesthouse juste à coté de l'aéroport, même pas à 10 min à pied, la Francophone Son Phuong Hotel. Comme son nom l'indique, le propriétaire est français, un homme vraiment adorable et qui mérite d'être connu! Attention à réserver votre chambre! Idéalement située loin du tumulte du centre et près de l'aéroport, elle est souvent full. N'hésitez pas à demander une chambre avec fenêtre!
C'est transformée en totale vietnamienne que je vais accueillir mon homme à l'aéroport! M'auriez vous reconnu vous? Je l'ai laissé poireauter un moment mais à peine me suis-je dirigée vers lui qu'il m'a reconnue... trop nul! Une nuit de repos et de retrouvailles bien méritée et on s'envole le lendemain pour le nord du Vietnam!

Nha Trang is like lots of big cities in Vietnam: not very interesting and rather ugly ... We made a stop for a night to enjoy a stopover before joining Ho Chi Minh, and we were mostly attracted by an amazing deal in the dormitory of a large hotel, Hanoi Golden 2 Hotel, with breakfast buffet included in the price. We needed to make a gargantuan lunch!
For the rest, Nha Trang is a big city, full of large building with a huge Russian influence (shops and restaurants are translated into Russian, the staff speaks Russian better than English ...) and the beach ... well it was much more like being in Florida than in Vietnam. Nothing truly exotic, unfortunately!but we doesn't stay, men will soon arrive in Ho Chi Minh!
We took another night bus, one of those inevitable cold sleeper bus with wifi. The great class! Impossible to miss, and so cheap!
We arrived in Ho Chi Minh in the morning but we did stay! Lucky to have found a cheap Guesthouse which was right next to the airport, not even 10 minutes by foot, the Francophone Son Phuong Hotel. As its name suggests, the owner is French, a truly lovely man and deserves to be known! Warning to book your room! Ideally located away from the bustle of the center and near the airport, it is often full. Do not hesitate to ask for a room with a window!
It was turned into total Vietnamese that I will welcome my man at the airport! Could you recognize me? I left him hanging around a while but just when I directed to him, he directly recognized me ... too bad! A night of well-deserved rest and meeting together and than we'll fly the day after to north Vietnam!
